to imitate?
- What scope is there
for refining and/or extending the product range?

market opportunity exist?
- Is the market growing,
and if so, at what rate?
- Is the market already
served by other operators, and if so, how successful and mature
is the opposition?

to entry for future competition?

- What are the skills,
strengths and weaknesses of current management?

and relevant experience of key personnel?

ultimately to success?
