hosting and even more companies are obtaining a web presence, FTR
has taken a 49.4% stake WebCentral Pty Ltd one of Australias
largest web hosting service companies.
QSI Payments Inc represented a tremendous opportunity for FTR to
invest in a leading global e-payments company. FTR contributed
US$1.0 million to a Goldman Sachs-led consortium that invested US$12
million in QSI.
There is a growing need for managed e-commerce solutions, an area
in which iNETstore Corporation is a leader in Australia. FTR
Holdings Ltd has 16 per cent equity in iNet.
FTR spotted the order in Chaosmusic Ltd and holds a 10 per cent
interest. It is now Australia's leading online music retailer with a
catalogue of 380,000 CDs and products that can be bought over the
Internet.
This is a wholly owned subsidiary of FTR Holdings Ltd
specialising in the supply of digital audio recording systems for
courtrooms, an area where accuracy and clarity is paramount.
