Ms
Lucy Hughes Turnbull
Non-Executive Director, Chair
Ms. Hughes Turnbull holds a Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University
and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian
Graduate School of Management. She has extensive experience
in commercial legal practice and investment banking and has
been a director of Turnbull & Partners Holdings Pty Limited
since its foundation in 1987.
From 2003 -2004 she was Lord Mayor of the City of Sydney
and from 1999-2003 was Deputy Lord Mayor of the City of Sydney.
She was the first woman to hold both these positions. She chaired
several Committees of the Council, including the Finance Committee,
the Audit Committee and the Planning Committee.
In addition, she has been a member of the NSW Government’s
Information Industries Business Advisory Board and from 2001-2003
chaired the Ministerial Advisory Committee on Biotechnology.
Ms. Hughes Turnbull was appointed a Director and Chair of the
Board of Directors of FTR Holdings Limited in August 1997 until
she resigned as Chair on 20 November 2001. Ms Hughes Turnbull
was again appointed Chair on 26 July 2004.

Malcolm B. Turnbull
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Turnbull holds degrees from both Sydney and Oxford Universities.
He practised at the Sydney bar for a number of years before
becoming secretary and general counsel of Consolidated Press
Holdings Ltd. In 1986 Mr. Turnbull established his own law firm,
practising largely in commercial and corporate matters and in
1987 established Turnbull & Partners Limited, an investment
bank.
From 1997 to 2001 he was Chairman and Managing Director of Goldman
Sachs Australia Pty Ltd.
He is the Honorary Federal Treasurer of the Liberal Party of
Australia and Chairman of the Menzies Research Centre. He is
also a Director of Reach Ltd as well as a number of other companies.
Mr. Turnbull was appointed a Director of FTR Holdings Limited
in October 1995 and was appointed Chairman from 20 November
2001 until he resigned as Chairman on 26 July 2004.

Sean Howard
Non-Executive Director
Mr Howard was the founder
and former chief executive of OzEmail Ltd, Australia's leading Internet
Service Provider. Prior to that he founded Australian Personal Computer,
Australia's top selling computer magazine.
Mr. Howard was appointed
a director of FTR in February 2000.

Ainslie van Onselen
Non-Executive Director
Ms van Onselen holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University
of Western Australia. She has practiced as a commercial litigator
for over eight years, notably Clayton Utz in Western Australia
and more recently at Atanaskovic Hartnell, Sydney. She has acted
for numerous companies including Publishing and Broadcasting
Limited, Optus Vision Pty Limited and Wesfarmers Limited. Ms
van Onselen served as a Councilor on the Western Australian
Law Society from 1998 to 2001.

Steven W. Townsend
Executive Director
Mr. Townsend holds a
bachelor degree in management from Arizona State University. He
has been actively involved in the audio and video court reporting
field since 1984 and owned a large and successful electronic reporting
and transcription services company in the southwest United States.
In 1993 he co-founded the American Association of Electronic Reporters
and Transcribers, and served as the association's vice president
until 1995.
Mr. Townsend was appointed
a director of FTR in September 1996.
